Ensure that you are well hydrated coming to each session. This help electricity flow in the body, and gives us a more accurate insight into your body's needs.
After:
Continue to hydrate. You may notice you need more trips to the toilet! That's your body flushing what moved in the session.
Ground your body through barefoot grounding in the grass/wet sand, and consume a nourishing, warm meal afterwards.
